Welcome to the Quick Start & User Manual for your Portable Red Light Therapy Panel. This compact, travel-ready device combines clinical-grade 660 nm (red) and 850 nm (near‑infrared) wavelengths to support faster recovery, skin renewal, reduced inflammation, and nervous-system balance—anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, beauty-minded user, or seeking natural pain relief, this panel delivers focused therapeutic light in a safe, easy-to-use format.

Purpose of this Manual

This manual explains setup, safe operation, treatment recommendations, and maintenance so you get the best results from your device. Read it before first use to understand controls, timer and intensity settings, recommended distances and session lengths, battery care, and important safety warnings. Following these guidelines will help you use the panel effectively and confidently.

What this Device Does

The panel uses dual‑chip LEDs to deliver both surface‑targeting 660 nm red light and deeper‑penetrating 850 nm near‑infrared light. Together they increase cellular energy (ATP), improve microcirculation, modulate inflammation, and stimulate collagen production. Regular, controlled sessions promote faster muscle repair, clearer and firmer skin, reduced localized pain, and improved sleep and resilience.

Quick Product Highlights

  • Compact panel: 150 × 95 × 23 mm; lightweight (0.45 kg)

  • High-output: 12 dual‑chip 5W LEDs, 8W actual power

  • Battery-powered: 10,000 mAh (≈1 hour use; 5 hours full charge)

  • Controls: 4 dimming levels, adjustable pulse (10–9999 Hz), default 10-minute timer

Recommended Usage & Treatment Guidelines

  1. Start with a test session: first use, try a 5–10 minute session on low-to-medium brightness to assess tolerance.

  2. Typical sessions: 5–15 minutes per area depending on mode and intensity.

    • Skin maintenance: 5–10 minutes, 3–5 times per week.

    • Recovery and deeper treatments: 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times per week.

  3. Do not exceed 20 minutes per area without professional guidance.

  4. For 15-minute sessions, begin with shorter sessions the first week to condition skin and tissue.

How it works (Benefits)

  • Cellular energy boost: photons absorbed by mitochondria increase ATP production.

  • Improved circulation: stimulates microcirculation to deliver oxygen and nutrients.

  • Inflammation modulation: helps reduce localized inflammation in muscles, joints, and connective tissue.

  • Skin renewal: promotes collagen and elastin synthesis, supporting clearer, firmer skin and wound repair.

  • Nervous system support: rhythmic exposure may help balance autonomic function and support sleep quality.

Charging & Battery Care

  • Use only the supplied USB-C cable and a compatible USB power source.

  • Charging indicators:

    • Red light: charging

    • Green light: fully charged

  • Typical charge time: ≈ 3–5 hours depending on power source.

  • Battery life: approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour depending on brightness and pulse settings.

  • Do not use the device while charging.

  • If the battery is low, an indicator will show - charge before use to avoid interruption.

Cleaning & Care

  • Unplug and power off before cleaning.

  • Wipe the surface gently with a soft, damp microfiber cloth.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or strong solvents.

  • Keep cooling holes clear of dust and debris.

  • Store in the protective pouch when not in use.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

  • Device won’t turn on:

    • Ensure battery is charged and cable connected correctly.

    • Press and hold power button for 2 seconds.

  • LEDs appear dim or some LEDs not visible:

    • Near-infrared LEDs (850 nm) are invisible to the eye; this is normal if visible red LEDs are functioning and warmth is felt.

  • Device shuts off prematurely:

    • Check battery level and charging status; confirm timer settings.
