Return Policy
You have the right to return items purchased from Recoverby within 30 days of the date you receive your order. This is offered as part of our store policy, in addition to the rights you have under EU consumer law (including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal described in our Terms & Conditions). Products must be returned in "like new" condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
To facilitate a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Before returning an item, you must contact our Customer Service Team at info@recoverby.com or fill out the form below to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Provide Evidence: Submit photo and/or video proof of the product's current condition. This is required before we can authorize the return and provide you with return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping: For returns made within the 30-day period that are not due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, Recoverby does not cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a return shipment address and other instructions once your return is authorized.

Processing Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the returned product meets our criteria for "like new" condition, a full refund will be processed through your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If the returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
Refund outcomes after inspection:

Full refund: If the product meets our "like new" criteria, a full refund will be processed through your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Partial refund or denial: If the returned product shows signs of misuse, normal wear and tear that does not affect performance, or damage inconsistent with the condition shown in your submitted photos/videos, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund. You will be notified of our decision and the reasoning.

These products are warranted for 30 days from the date of original purchase.
Eligibility & Timing

During the first 30 days after receiving your order, all issues—including defects—are handled through our standard 30-Day Return Policy above.

After the 30-day return window closes, warranty claims become available for the applicable period for electronic products only.

To be eligible, claims must be submitted within the warranty period and require proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products used in accordance with the product instructions.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

Email info@recoverby.com with "Warranty Claim" in the subject line.

Include your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

Provide photos or video demonstrating the malfunction or defect.

Provide any additional information requested by Recoverby to evaluate the claim.
Warranty Evaluation & Returns
After reviewing your claim, Recoverby will notify you of approval or denial.
If your claim is approved:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us for inspection. Once received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate outcome:

Replacement: We will send a replacement item to you at no additional.

Refund: We will issue a refund for the product price, less the cost incurred by Recoverby to ship the item to our facility for inspection.
If your claim is denied:
For example, due to misuse, damage from improper handling, or normal wear and tear: the item will be returned to you at Recoverby's expense, as a courtesy, unless you indicate you do not want the item returned. Important note: Returned items must be securely packed and shipped in the same condition shown in the photos or videos you submitted with your claim. Recoverby reserves the right to refuse warranty returns that do not match the provided evidence or that show signs of damage inconsistent with the reported defect. Misrepresentation or submission of fraudulent photos/videos will result in denial of the claim and may lead to further action.
Exclusions and Conditions

Items that are marked as "Final Sale" or personalized products are not eligible for return.

If a returned item is not in "like new" condition, you may not receive a full refund and is subject to our inspection criteria. For damaged or missing items (such as boxes, cases, cloth, cords), €20 will be deducted from the refund.

Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or distributors are not covered under this return policy or our warranty.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, exposure to liquids, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper power sources, or commercial rental/use.

Normal wear and cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that do not affect product function.

Consumables and items intended to be replaced regularly (filters, disposable accessories, earplugs,) unless expressly stated.

Damage caused by failure to follow the product manual or safety instructions.
Limitations

Recoverby's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Recoverby is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or loss of income.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and maintenance as described in the product manual.

Repair, replacement, or refund at Recoverby's discretion.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@recoverby.com immediately upon receiving your order.
In these cases:

Recoverby will cover the cost of return shipping to our facility.

We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you, depending on your preference and product availability.
