Refund Policy

Return Policy

You have the right to return items purchased from Recoverby within 14 days of the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU regulations. Products must be returned in "like new" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. To facilitate a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, you must contact our Customer Service Team at info@recoverby.com or fill out the form bellow to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping: For returns made within the 14-day period, Recoverby covers the standard return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions once your return is authorized.

  3. Processing Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the returned product meets our criteria for "like new" condition, a full refund will be processed through your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If the returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Warranty for Damaged Goods and Technical Errors

Warranty Periods

  • Electronic products: Recoverby warrants electronic products (including but not limited to red light panels, vibration plates, massage guns, and other electrically powered devices) against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase.

  • Non‑electronic / personal‑use items: Recoverby warrants non‑electronic, skin‑contact, or personal‑use items (including but not limited to eye masks, earplugs, and blue‑light glasses) for 30 days from the date of original purchase.

 

Eligibility & Timing

Warranty claims may be submitted after the initial 14‑day return window has closed. Claims must be made within the applicable warranty period above and require proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products used in accordance with the product instructions.

 

How to Submit a Claim To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email info@recoverby.com with “Warranty Claim” in the subject line.

  2. Include your order number, date of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video demonstrating the malfunction if available.

  3. Provide any additional information requested by Recoverby to evaluate the claim.

 

Warranty Evaluation & Returns

After reviewing your claim, Recoverby will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for the defective item. Please note: returned items must be securely packed and shipped in the same condition shown in the photos or videos you submitted with your claim. Recoverby reserves the right to refuse warranty returns that do not match the provided evidence or that show signs of damage inconsistent with the reported defect. Misrepresentation or submission of fraudulent photos/videos will result in denial of the claim and may lead to further action.

Repaired or replaced products will be returned at Recoverby’s expense.

 

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and maintenance as described in the product manual.

  • Repair, replacement, or refund at Recoverby’s discretion.

 

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, exposure to liquids, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper power sources, or commercial rental/use.

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that do not affect product function.

  • Consumables and items intended to be replaced regularly (filters, disposable accessories) unless expressly stated.

  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product manual or safety instructions.

 

Limitations & Exclusions

Recoverby’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above. Recoverby is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or loss of income.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Recoverby reserves the right to update these warranty terms; the version applicable is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Exclusions and Conditions

  • Items that are marked as "Final Sale" or personalised products are not eligible for return.

  • If a returned item is not in "like new" condition, you may not receive a full refund and is subject to our inspection criteria. In addition all returns must be in original condition. For damaged or missing items (such as boxes, cases, cloth, cords) 20€ will be deducted from the refund.

  • Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or distributors are not covered under this return policy or our warranty.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@recoverby.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the situation promptly, including providing you with a return shipping label for the return of the incorrect or damaged item.
