Shipping Locations

Recoverby currently ships to countries within the European Union (EU). We do not ship to countries outside of the EU at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Once your order is processed, you can expect the following delivery times, which may vary based on your location within the EU:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-12 business days, depending on your destination.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays or factors outside of our control, such as holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address. All prices displayed will be in Euros (€) and include any applicable VAT.

For orders over €100, we offer free standard shipping within the EU. If the order does not meet this minimum, standard shipping rates will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided during the checkout process are accurate. Recoverby is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Issues with Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@recoverby.com. We will assist you in tracking your order or resolving any issues related to delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
