Carrier & Shipping Locations
All orders are shipped via courier through our shipping partner, a leading parcel delivery network with extensive coverage across the Baltics and EU.
Recoverby currently ships to countries within the European Union (EU). We do not ship to countries outside of the EU at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders are delivered directly to your door via courier. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.
Once your order is processed and handed to our courier partner, estimated delivery times are:

Latvia: 1–2 business days

Baltic states (Lithuania, Estonia): 2–4 business days

Other EU countries: 3–10 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or factors outside our control such as adverse weather.
Package Insurance
All parcels are insured at no additional cost to you. Domestic shipments within Latvia are insured up to €4,980.05 per package; shipments to other Baltic countries are insured up to €1,138.30 per package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address. All prices displayed will be in Euros (€) and include any applicable VAT.
For orders over €150, we offer free standard shipping within the EU. If the order does not meet this minimum, standard shipping rates will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate. Recoverby is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Issues with Deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@recoverby.com. We will assist you in tracking your order or resolving any issues related to delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us at info@recoverby.com immediately upon receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
